We have recently sold our property with Davis Tate. Charlie and Sam were attentive, organised and efficient from the start. I was impressed with how quickly we got the property on the market from my initial enquiry. Viewings started immediately, we received regular feedback and the house sold within a month at the price we wanted, which we were so pleased with! The service has been extremely professional every step of they way, We felt felt confident and wholly trusting that the team were chasing and pushing every step of the conveyance, leading to a quick exchange! I would definitely recommend using Davis Tate!
