Sara knew exactly what I was looking for, and the moment something right became available (quite literally, I think the tenant had given notice just minutes before hand) she was calling me up to ask me about it. I was only able to view properties on one day, but she was able to negotiate a viewing for me on that day before anybody else. It was perfect for me, and the landlord got a 1 day turnaround from from the current tenant handing in notice, and finding a new tenant.

Very reasonable. Lower than some other places.
