We invited Neil from HomeXperts to value our home primarily because his website was well maintained and informative (we were also interested in the fixed fee!). It was one of the best choices we have made.

Neil was one of four agents we had asked for a valuation and, in fact, his valuation was in excess of the other three, although he backed up his thoughts by providing evidence of other recent sales in our local area.

We had felt that valuations from 2 of the other agents were very low, presumably for a quick sale and commission. However, it was clear that Neil's main aim was for us to achieve the best possible price for our home, because his fixed fee would mean he would get the same amount whatever the eventual sale price.

To say Neil is hard working is putting it mildly. On the day we appointed HomeXperts, Neil took measurements and very good photographs (he really has an eye for a good picture) and went off to write up the particulars. With any other agent, we would have expected to wait for a day or so before seeing the first draft. Not with Neil! We were exchanging e-mails until gone 8pm the same day, making the necessary tweaks to get the particulars just right. These were then visible on Right Move the following morning.

During the time our house was on the market, Neil conducted in excess of 30 viewings (all done himself while we made ourselves scarce) and we achieved four good offers before subsequently completing the sale. We have no doubt that Neil knew our property extremely well from the first viewing to the last.

After every single viewing, we received a call, text or e-mail from Neil with feedback and never had to chase this. We are certain that not all agents are this proactive because, on several occasions as prospective buyers ourselves, they didn't even ask for our opinion of the property we had viewed.

When we had found a buyer, Neil didn't disappear into the background; rather he remained on the ball, nudging the solicitors on both sides to ensure any unnecessary delays were avoided.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Neil Culver and HomeXperts to anyone who wants to sell their home.
