I must say if you are looking for a property in the coalville area you don't need to speak to anyone other than Ania. She is fantastic. She gets to understand what you are looking for then proactively finds it for you. She keeps you informed and helps you secure it quickly. I can not praise her enough. She has a good blend of professionalism and friendliness I wish they all were like her. Really look forward to working with her again !

What agent could do to change your mind?
Branch manager should act in a professional manner at all times and not resort to bully boy tactics to attain monies that have not been earned. The Agents complaints procedure requires a radical overhaul as the 'customer' was left with questions completely unanswered..... primarily, how can an investigation into a complaint be carried out by the very individual that is directly involved in the complaint.Attached Filesnbsp;
