We had had our flat on the market for over a year with another agent who had shown little interest perhaps because it was of relatively low value to them. We were informed of only a couple of viewings over the entire time and no feedback was ever given afterwards. James Carden and the Bradleys staff, when we switched to them, in complete contrast, kept us informed and always gave us feedback when they had shown someone round. The flat was finally sold by Bradleys online auction and again James and staff were helpful and interested in this process, giving realistic advice and help. I found we were treated as human beings by Bradleys, rather than getting the feeling of being processed for profit.
