I recently purchased a property through Goldin Lemcke. I was in an difficult chain, with a very difficult buyer. Very stressful time.
Simon was incredibly supportive, professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. Basically everything you need in this situation.
I wish in hindsight, I had sold my property through them.
I would highly highly recommend Goldin Lemcke to anyone looking to sell a property in Brighton and Hove.
