This company cannot decide if it works for the interests of the tenant or for the landlord, so what they do is work for both and gouge both on fees and charges and all kinds of hidden extras that dont appear in contracts or agreements. They indiscriminately charge for items not included in contracts and are absolutely unreasonable. Avoid them at all costs.
