Dreadful. Poor and non-communications. Has taken 4 months (ongoing) to return deposits. Consistent Inaccurate information given. Expensive deductions . Unreasonable. Frustrating. Stressful, Unprofessional. AVOID this branch

Bad . Charges £30 admin fee for every late and overpaid rent fees Charges each person £20 out of their deposit for end of year inspection. .

Dave. Actually you need to understand that it's not always the tenant at fault. I admit there are terrible tenants out there. But I'm definitely not one of them. I have been brought up to respect other people's things. And to keep things clean and tidy and to look after them as they are my own. Since moving in I have brought a whole gardens worth of plants. What agent could do to change your mind?
a) Have staff who are less rude over the phone. b) Stop taking advantage of allegedly ignorant students. c) Have better policies which they adhere to regarding viewings.
