Do not rent with this agency...
We were delayed with the move in with 3 weeks because the house was not ready.
When we moved in we reported several things that needed to be fixed, none of them they did, I had to do the door adjustments isolation etc.
When our toilet broke down the did not send an plumber for 2 weeks even though I called them several times.
When moving out they charged me 300 pound for re-painting a room and weeding the garden.
They are not fair, they reply for e-mails and calls really slow, would not recommend them to anyone...

I have used the team at Martin and Co Bathgate for a number of properties and over the years have found them to offer an excellent service.
Not all branches are great but this team are exceptional and, in my experience offer an excellent service....
