At the beginning Martin and Wright were quite eager to please and the organisation was pretty good, though once the sale had been agreed they seemed much less attentive. We had difficulties amending errors on the contract and it was almost impossible to get the inventory amended, although this was handled by a third party it took a member of Martin and Wright to get them to reply to us.
What agent could do to change your mind?
More attention after money had exchanged hands would have been appreciated, instead of being handed off to someone else.
