I have had really good experiences with Town Property, Eastbourne branch (I've bought two flats through them over the past five years), with Adrian Palmer as the agent who worked with me - he was good to communicate with, made viewing flats a pleasant unhurried experience, never put any pressure on me or try to talk things up - really nothing like the negative estate agent stereotype. I recommend him highly and the branch as a whole functions very decently.

We completely appreciate your comments but unfortunately we cannot complete final checks in the way you had requested. The final check of the property notes the final condition and it is completed upon return of all the keys to the property. If we allowed tenants to hold on to keys, then they could go into the property after the check out is completed and do anything to it. We trust this makes sense.
