Avoid*. This is the worst experience I have ever received from any estate agent.
A complete waste of time, utterly awful, do not trust this office. Assistant lettings manager, *didn't even be bother to attend the viewing even though we had an 8 hour round trip. We put in a full ask offer and here's her response to our what's happening email received after waiting 3 weeks.
Sadly your offer got rejected as we had a better offer and they are moving in tomorrow. Please let me know if you are still looking and I will re-activate your search.
