Decided to use this company as a friend recommended them. From the first phone call they were nothing but helpful. I put my house on the market and it sold within 2 weeks. They arranged viewings to fit my lifestyle and even offered shoe covers to keep the house clean. A really friendly and professional team and I made an intelligent move by choosing them.

It is very unfortunate that you feel that you have left the house in the same condition in which you received at the beginning of your tenancy, as the house was immaculate when you first moved in. In order to ensure complete transparency, please find attached the pictures which clearly show that the house had not been cleaned prior to you handing the keys back. When I hand over we have cleaned the whole house and with great care but they want to charge £180 for cleaning toilets. What a shame?
