So disappointed with this agency, what a bunch of unprofessional, ignorant people. They are not answering their emails, only being cooperative and helpful when they need something from you but forget about you the first second when they got what they were after.
I had to chase so many times in the past few months about different things nobody would even believe me! We've been renting through them for quite a while, never much interaction except for extending the contracts so not really sure why the landlord was paying them as we were speaking with him directly all the time anyway.
It's been 3 weeks now since we moved out and nobody said a word to us about the deposit although we chased quite a few times, asking for more detail.
I had to investigate and find the responsible person in the agency who like everyone else in Beckenham branch is very ignorant, not replying to most of my emails and having a 'you again' attitude every time I call for an update. We had to call and ask for a check out report and even after this was promised to us, email and chase again to get it. Today they told me they have lost the check in report (!!!!!) and have to ask the company who's done the survey for an additional copy so we'll have to wait for that as well.
I am shocked how with all this incompetence they are still able to get the clients. Definitely avoid if you can!

I had a similar experience with these people at check out- after 10 days they said the only got the check out. But someone moved in the property the next day we moved out. And then they went quiet asking me not to chase them as they will get back to me when they have an update regarding the deposit. Avoid them.
As you said they are being nice if they need something from you other wise they just move papers from one desk to another

I do not recommend them. It took them 7 months to fix a shower door. Head of property management assured me that she will personally take care of the maintenance issues. Then she never replied to emails or answered phone calls....

Landlords and tenants, stay away!!! I’ve been ignored and lied to on so many different occasions now it’s become laughable. The lettings team are useless. Maizie, Sam and Louise in particular have been awful to deal with and Vicky’s unprofessionalism over the past month is astounding - I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to have to deal with any of you. The fact of the matter is that they do not care. ...
