Disgusted by this agency they have taken all of my deposit which was off £800 odd pounds and falsely claimed this for damage to the property. I had pictures of the way the property was handed to me and after i had left. It was left exactly in the same condition if not more clean and tidy. Avoid such disgusting bunch of thieves you will end up empty and in debt. Read all their reviews and check bad feedback left. Save yourself the hassle and join another agency who don't leave you empty handed and in debt.
