It must be part of their customer training, as otherwise I can't comprehend why staff from two different branches would have the same indifferent attitude and mentality. No call backs, late for viewing appointments, having to email them reminders to do a task they said they would do, incorrect information given on the phone, and an attempt to rip off a landlord by charging £120 for a service that was not performed. Appalling. 1/10

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
