The service at Spencers was always very friendly, with someone offering to help as soon as you walked in. We were able to find a property in one day and get the paperwork under way. In the weeks leading up to moving in we were able to easily contact Spencers regarding any issues and they kept us updated about most developments. However, there were a few problems with the admin process. There was some confusion as to whether certain documents had been received and some last minute and avoidable stress regarding the potential moving in date and getting everything signed on time. However, although the process could have been improved with some more organisation on Spencers\' part, the service was still friendly and it all came together by the time the tenancy began.
