Very unscrupulous people, Toby especially. Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy being ripped off, rent raised ridiculously high without warning, overcharged 'accidently' often and left with a flooded flat with no help from them. I am currently in the process of taking this further ...

Moved from abroad a year ago using Zenko to rent a one bed apartment in Leeds.
Remained with them for 13 months fulfilliing all tenancy obligations but having since used other letting agents, Zenko is by far the worst to have to deal with.

The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with
established in-house procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 14 days. If

If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please contact Tobias Duczenko who will
revise the complaint.
Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
