When we first moved to this property, the landlord promised to part furnished but did nothing as promosied. The Heritage Property made him furnished with the appliances as advertised. They have a small team of people but they are very professional. After a year we had to move house becuase the property was on the process of being repossessed. Despite numerous letters and phone calls, we were unable to contact the landlord for deposit release. The property was managed by the Landlord himself but the deposit was being held by the agent. Heritage tried their best to contact the landlord and finally released the deposit.

Thanks very much for posting your experience. Sorry the property wasn't as it should have been when you moved in and it's very unfortunate that you had to move out because our client was being repossessed. This is a very rare occurrence in lettings but it does happen occasionally!. I am glad we were able to bring about a swift resolution to all the problems though.
