Charlie has been amazing from the beginning! From the first point of contact, Charlie was very helpful and welcoming and made us feel comfortable as first time buyers. What could have been very difficult and nerve racking, turned out to be a smooth process so far! We negotiated an offer and Charlie got us over the line and got our offer accepted. Nothing is ever too much to ask and we are very happy first time buyers. Thank you again Charlie your are a star.
