Christopher Park messaged me late at night and he was pushing me to pay the rent as soon as possible. He also sent me a screenshot of other tenants payment to encourage me to pay all the rent together as he figured out that I found him untrustworthy and in that screenshot I could see other tenant's back details.
The bedrooms does not have any lock, the lock on the front door is not very decent. We contacted Christopher Park the "landlord" to ask him about installing locks in bedrooms, he replied to us back in a very unprofessional manner.
Several times, when we wanted to discuss some issues with him about the house he was really rude to all of us (me and my housemates).
I wouldn't recommend Oakhill Property to anyone, not just because the landlord doesn't know how to deal with tenants, but also the area (Arthur's Hill, Newcastle Upon Tyne) is not very safe.

Comment on agent fees
The Agent's Fees wasn't that expensive, but that is probably because of the location of the house and lack of proficiency of the landlord.
