The service from Robin was faultless - we had contacted Robin previously about selling the flat, but were unable to do so. As a result we had to let the property to help pay our mortgage, we did this with another agent at that time. Unfortunately we were seriously let down by our tenants & the agents we went with - it resulted in the property being "wrecked"!!!!! It was then we contacted Robin again to have another go at selling it. Unfortunately when he showed a prospective buyer around he discovered how "wrecked" it was!!!!! We then obviously had to sort out the flat before any more prospective buyers could be shown around. During the couple of months whilst the renovations were being carried out he regularly called to see how things were going. After the work had been completed Robin them threw himself in trying to sell the flat again. Within no time at all he had found that buyer. We had one or two "issues" whilst the sale was going through & each time Robin was prepared to go beyond his duty to help it go through. It was GREATLY appreciated & I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Robin & his team - 100%. In addition to that when Robin wasn't around Cathy was equally as diligent. All in all I would say Bradleys Estate Agents would be the first port of call I would recommend to any family or friends who needed a trustworthy & reliable agents. 10/10 to Robin & Cathy - I can never thank you both enough for all your help & assistance. CHEERS.
Comment on agent fees
Lower than I expected them to be. Can't say how it compared because we didn't go to anyone else for a quotation, but I shouldn't think it could have been much cheaper - if at all.
