We dealt mainly with Louise at Express and found her to be thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. Louise liaised with myself and the vendor regularly and I always knew that I could ring her and speak to her if I had any problems or queries. I cannot recommend Louise or Express enough; we were selling our own house through a local agent and the Local agent's service, compared to Express was nowhere near as good. Louise and Express were really proactive and even now, after we have moved in are still helping use with queries.
