Helpful up to signing the contract, after which have absolutely no interest in solving any issues for myself and half almost decline to discuss issues with the landlord. I've been waiting for a parking permit for the past 12 weeks - chase up every couple weeks and everytime get an apology saying its still pending. I've been paying for it with my rent for the last 3 months - basically am paying for a service that I am not receiving - and apparently this has nothing to do with Ascend and is not their responsibility. On top apparently it would be a gesture of goodwill if the landlord were to offer any compensation but again it actually has nothing to do with them. WHY was the flat was advertised as ready for rent when there were so many outstanding issues on the move in (only one of which I have mentioned here clearly)?! Absolutely disgusted with the service and will NEVER use Ascend again.
