This was my fist time selling a house so I was new to the process. Lindsey was great support through the whole process for me. Explaining what will happen next and keeping me informed all the way. I had reserved a new build property while selling my house and the whole process got quite stressful at the end. Lindsey was great support and I wish to thank her for all her help.
Comment on agent fees
I think the fees charged by Ryder & Dutton are higher than average in the area but i was haopy with the service therefore i would recommend.
