UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE.

I cannot emphasise how poor this company is. They have rebranded, but do not be fooled. Landlords, if you are considering using this company, do not unless you want angry tenants. Prospective tenants, do not use a property under this letting agent. Anywhere else will serve you better.

Another update: We have now had an illegal, unauthorised visit of our property by the landlord. No Agent have rebranded as Howsy but nothing has changed. This is the worst property management company in London.

Another Update: Our boiler has broken so there is no hot water in the flat (on a Saturday) - after ringing no Agent we were advised that 1) Nobody can come and repair it until at least Monday as they do not work the weekends and 2) We can't contact property management to complain as they don't work the weekends either. I do not understand what we pay for. No Agent are the worst property company in London. A quick re-cap of the things they have got wrong so far for anyone reading this.

1) When we moved in to the property, they gave us 1 fob for building access between 3 people
2) They do not maintain a way of accessing the property themselves so you have to be at home for any repairs and take time off work
3) It took ~70 e-mails to get 2 fobs ordered - and after 2 weeks of them attempting to do so, I was able to do it in 5 minutes by picking up the phone to the building management company
4) We paid for an extra fob 5 weeks ago and sent receipt of payment. No Agent have not sent the fob and it's 5 weeks later.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Our property handler was unable to organise key and fob collection properly so between 3 tenants we have been given 1 key and 1 fob. We have had to consistently chase for updates since and ended up taking the ordering of 2 additional fobs and keys in to our own hands as our property handler could not get these simple tasks done.

Here's to hoping this is a one off and that the service will improve.

Cons They don’t have eyes on the ground and can’t check what’s going on with your property. Was told hot water has stopped working and would be £60 call out but then got a bill for £215. The part to replace cost only £16. This ...

I think these must be fake reviews?? I've had no problems with them whatsoever. They got me a great tenant, responded quickly to issue and they're incredibly cheap. My previous agent was total rubbish and charged me a fortune....

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Howsy (formerly NoAgent) is easily one of the worst, most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with in my life. They somehow managed to get every possible thing wrong, right from the start of my experience as a landlord with them (nice sales ...

they rope you in due to their fees being massively less than the high street estate agencies -but beware, absolutely zero value for money provided.

Fees would be considered very reasonable if they actually paid across the rent in time
