Rob and George started the 'Helmores' process with their initial visits and produced a clear, colourful brochure to describe the property and suggest a price. Loren and Becky then took over ; arranging visits from prospective purchasers and subsequently in finding a property that suited our wishes, From start to finish they were excellent-- professional, helpful, smiling, courteous and all times friendly and sincere in their wish to assist with both selling the family home and finding a new one.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
