It was the first time I had moved home for 27 years but they made the experience as stress free as possible with a combination of understanding my needs, guiding me through the process positively, ensuring a succession of potential buyers for my house and a succession of properties for me to view all with a positive attitude, friendly advice and a much needed sense of humour at times. My whole process from putting on the market to actually moving only took 5 months. I can fully recommend this agency. They are down to earth and really listen, unlike some agents I encountered.

Matthew, Your mother withdrew from the sale of her property after months of marketing and sales chasing by us, your buyer had spent 100's getting to a point which they offered to exchange contracts, we as a company invested heavily in your mothers move after she had tried to sell with 2 another agents unsuccessfully, this is why we suggest in our terms that there is a withdrawal fee should you pull out after agreeing an offer and asking us to do all this for you,(we are no sale agreed no fee) We ...
