I contacted Easy let and Sales through the Zoopla 'get a valuation' function. The called back immediately even though I explained I was not selling but needed the valuation for leasehold value purposes.
Max was highly professional and once given the address and tennants details he arranged everything without fuss or disruption for the tennant.
If i shoud be in the position to sell the property it will be through them
