Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, the Office Manager Kerri Zebedee was very rude and impolite, and lied to us on 2 occasions, directly contradicting emails that she had sent us, When we referenced these, she would refuse to comment. We have now raised the inconsistent service with the Ombudsman and hopefully others will complain to strengthen the case. They claimed to have performed a check out of the property at the end of our tenancy and also claimed that workmen had been in to perform work, this never took place as we contacted the new tenants and they confirmed that no work had been carried out prior to their tenancy starting. It has also been discovered since that the \'landlord\' of this property is a member of staff with Martin & Co. I believe this to be a conflict of interest in relation to holding back part of our deposit for unfounded issues. Do not expect to get your deposit back from these cowboys.

We currently have no complaints with The Properrty Ombudsman and none of our staff let out properties with us. we have no idea who this individual is but he is welcome to contact the Director to discuss the matter.
