Dealt with Bansals for over 20 years and have purchased property via them and then let through them. They made my purchase hassle free. They let out my properties and have kept me up to date with any issues which helps me to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently and they pay me on time. From what I understand from my tenants is that they enjoy dealing with Bansals

Great service and easy to pay rent with a direct debit set up. I kept the property clean and tidy so I got all my deposit back after my year was up. Recommend them to anyone in Coventry....

Absolutely dire. I would not inflict them on anyone. Quick enough to take your money but slow when it comes to repairing things. Which is frequent. Things in the flat constantly break and become a hazard. After reporting these problems, they don't seem to care ...

This review is incorrect and very misleading Mr Carey’s son Andrew called Bansal Estates early September 2013 and insisted on reserving a flat which he had found online. Bansal Estates explained to him that reservation fees are non refundable and it would be better for him to view the property first. Andrew agreed and did not reserve this flat but stated he could not view the flat any time soon. On 13th Sept 2012 we emailed him and informed him that this flat had been let to ...
