gave notice on our property to leave. landlady agreed to return deposit and gave Darren the okay to do so. 10 working days later no deposit. apparently we hadn\'t signed the release form that we were never sent. Darren agreed to accept an email. Still no deposit. Checked with all the tenancy deposit schemes surprise surprise it was never put into a deposit scheme.
After getting the landlord involved we received a cheque which bounced. Darren has promised to pay by bank transfer still waiting! Apparently he doesnt owe us an explanation as to why it is taking so long to get our money.
Disgraceful service.
