They claim to guarantee the rent but as and when they choose, they withhold payment despite the property being occupied and Asset Grove Limited receiving payment from the respective local authority. This company has been using my houses for cannabis cultivation. They are using Covid as an excuse to stop paying landlords. They owe me over 15g in rent and repairs. Don’t sign a contract and make the same mistake as me. They need to be STOPPED from defrauding landlords and tenants. ...
