Poor service. When we moved in the house was dirty (it took me nearly 2 hours to clean the oven), the carpets were filthy and there was rubbish left in shed, cellar and loft. It was the manager of the Oldswinford branch that lived there previously so you would think he would have known better!! Had to wait 5 weeks to get deposit back because the landlord hadnt been and inspected the property, but they had already allowed the new tenants to move in, therefore how could they prove what damage was made by us or them (if there was any!). Rude staff when i kept calling about deposit - was told manager on holiday and nobody else seemed to know anything about it and when somebody did bother to find out the situation she was rude and told me i would have to wait as long as it takes for them to sort the deposit out. Phonecalls werent returned when they said they would be. Overall poor experience!!

Better communication Better staff who arent rude and want to help Ensuring properties are in respectable condition when letting
