Prior to speaking with Kirsty, agents from other companies had been quite negative regarding finding a property to let within our budget. After a brief discussion, Kirsty managed to locate viable property options and we were able to set up some viewings. It was a very positive experience which led to us successfully not only renting a property within our set budget, renting a property which ticked every box in terms of location and general spec.
