After completing the renovation of a property in Ferryhill, I got several Valuations and the highest offer was very low, Sarah From Reeds Rains came in and was extremely enthusiastic about the property and Valued the house at £20k more then all the others. I was so pleased that they appreciated the work and effort that had gone into the house although sceptical that it may of taken months to sell. The house was then passed onto Lisa who not only kept me well informed of viewings but rang me within a week to say there had been an offer from a buyer on their books. We accepted the offer on the basis of a chain and unfortunately the bottom of the chain took a long time, But every single time I emailed Lisa and Sarah they answered straight away and chased up the buyers and shared my concerns every step of the way, I would highly recommend Lisa and Sarah and the whole team at Reeds Rains.
Comment on agent fees
Although they are higher then many others, They value the property much higher and so in balance is a lot cheaper as you get a better price.
