Worst agent I ever dealt with-very rude staff members, does not really care about tenants but more about the landlords-Tenants please watch-out for stealth charges in your contract.

I agree! My experience with Elwell Taylor wasn’t the best! I get that they are trying to get their commission, but at the same time they should practice good communication and customer service skills. At times, it was hard getting through to my agent. Communication is key! They failed on a few occasions to update me.
