This concerns my experiences as a tennant letting through the Southville branch on North Street.
Very poor service - many complaints:
1 - Excessive referral fees - we paid because we were in a hurry and were led to believe that we would be able to stay here a reasonable length of time.
2 - After just three months we were informed the landlord would be selling and a month later we were subjected to an onslaught of viewings, most with less than 24 hours notice, some at inconvenient times and more recently, a surveyer who turned up completely unannounced.
3 - Lettings manager recognised that we had got a raw deal and promised that all referral fees would be waived if we rented another place through them. More on this in a bit...
4 - After arranging a viewing of a new flat, poor organisation led to rearranged flat viewing, causing me to have to take extra time off work.
