I sold my shared ownership flat in April 2008. As part of the deal I was forced to place £1500 with my solicitors against future increases in service charge and electricity for 12 months.

Since April 2009 I have been chasing my solicitors to get the money released. The delay in doing so has mostly occurred due to Solitaire inability to file accounts correctly and release information.

Whilst having to deposit this money in the first place is an affront to decency, the fact that I cannot get it released is a personal insult.

Solitaire? Shambles.
