Halima has been very helpful from our first meeting to passing over to the Property Management Team. She has always communicated clearly and concisely through email or voicemail. Any queries have also been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Halima has also kept us informed of any other Team members involvement including visits to the property and given clear timescales for any actions required by us.
