To summarise: They were disorganised, inefficient and apathetic.

There was a huge lack of communication, I was not updated or contacted about the progress of my tenancy application for over a month. When issues arose they didn't attempt to help at all, it was almost as if they don't care about finding tenants for the property - their only care is that you've paid. The only time I was ever contacted was when I called/emailed myself and even then emails were left unanswered for days. I truly don't know what I paid administration or agent fees for as all the work was put in by myself!
On top of this, the agents themselves had no idea what was going on most of the time and when I tried to ask for information they were rarely able to provide it.
