In 2013/2014 Simon Philipp sold 4 bedroom flat 56a Chalk Farm Road by sealed bids to a developer for more than we expected.He then followed up over several months by using his knowledge and expertise to supervise the inefficient solicitors we had engaged to legally separate the flat from the building below and also to negotiate with a neighbour the correction of a Land Registry error that was holding up the sale.
We can think of no agent we have dealt with before or since who would have had the skill or patience to achieve the above.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were competitive and remained as quoted at the outset despite the the extra work caused by incompetent solicitors and the Land Registry errors.
