All in all an awful company to deal with. Overcharged for everything from fees in the beginning to check out fees. Rude when I contacted them with any problem, not polite and them as the letting agents were the sole reason I left the property. Charged me incorrectly and when I argued it they told me it was a charge for 8 months in advance. I then had to pay a large check out fee even though I had to chase for the inventory and for the landlord to be contacted and ring the new letting agents for the property to find out the landlord had never received the inventory and that Martin had lied to me about who had the deposit and said it had been processed before it had. Would not recommend them to anyone.

A totally awful experience from start to finish. Would not rent from this company again. They don't check you in, you have to do it and then when they check you out it sometimes is a different inventory company. So discrepancies and standards vary. They ...

As other people has stated avoid to rent with this overrated company. They will charge you a lot when entering to the property and, when you leave, they will try to take as much money from your deposit as they can, trying to find bad ...

High charges when you enter the house that you need to pay if you want to keep it. And keep in mind that they will charge you when you leave, no matter how clean you leave the house they will look for excuses as they know that we need the money back and we have not got the time to go for arbitration(which is a proccess that they need to accep as well otherwise it wont serve for nothing)
