The whole team at Barnard Marcus, James Fox (the negotiator), Kelly Gill (the branch manager) and Karen Attack (the Regional Sales Progression Partner) moved heaven and earth to make sure that once the deal had been agreed, we actually got it over the line to exchange of contracts. Their whole approach was a welcome change from the attitude we had from another local agent, who managed to lose previous deals we had agreed for the sale of the house through their lack of any urgency or initiative.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling property in the area.
