For 3 years we had nothing but problems with Ludlow Thompson and each person we dealt with was worse than the last. So many mistakes were made and bogus fees were brought up. At one point they asked us for money that was missing from a previous contract and we had to get lawyers involved. As it stands now, we have been out of the property for 2 months and have yet to receive any of our deposit

Avoid them at all costs, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and since leaving them I have heard so many complaints about them. I have felt the need to review someone\'s performance before as I believe we are all human and make mistakes but the incompetence and unwillingness to improve from Ludlow Thompson was out of this world
What agent could do to change your mind?
A huge review of Ludlow needs to be done to overhaul their whole system and morals
