Redwood Estate offers a poor and inefficient service to tenants. For 9 months we were left with a gaping hole, over 1 metre, in the living room. This was not addressed at all even after bi-weekly communication from tenants, it wasn't recorded properly by staff at Redwood meaning tenants had to go over incident numerous times. Excuses were given but it was clear nothing was being done by the agency - not even sending someone to cover it up temporarily until shady excuse of insurance was sorted. Each and every time tenants communicated about it it had to be recorded again from the start due to Redwoods lack of record of notes, a basic skill.
Check outs were of a minimal standard, with rooms left filthy with broken items when other tenants left and this was accepted by Redwood.
Staff were conveniently never around to answer phones when tenants tried to follow up email correspondence.
Staff also inefficient at communicating with tenants - attempting to give tenants a fortnight of notice at end of contract.
By far the lowest standards of customer service, efficiency and standards of expectations I have ever experienced as a tenant.
