We had our property managed by the estate agent this year. To begin the year, we moved into a filthy house, with extensive damp, one particular area due to a leaking shower. The wardrobes in two rooms were collapsing, I need not go on. Despite this, the original inventory from the initial inspection listed no issues, which we of course amended.

Throughout the tenancy, issues were not dealt with on a number of occasions. The door lock was well below unipol standards (NH claim to follow the unipol code), they refused to get us the code for the burglar alarm (again a unipol requirement) amongst other things.

We had our property manager change to Dominic half way through the year, and the service remained shocking. Throughout our communications with Dominic, he was also rude, as well as distinctly unhelpful.
