There can be no question that the service provided by Colin and his team is, as the title states 'First Class.' The renovation and subsequent sale of 'White Lodge' has been our first foray into the upper echelons of the property market. As such, when it came to putting this mid 1800's Thomas Ellis Owen property up for sale, we arranged for several agents to view the property. Almost without exception, we received the expected oohs and aahs as to the quality of this project. The exception was Purple Bricks whose nonplussed wander round and subsequent valuation barely covered the costs: 'well, it's only a 3 bed semi,' she said. Interestingly her valuation was £160,000 (26%) below the subsequent sale price achieved by Fine & Country. In fairness, the other local agent valuations were of a similar ilk to Colin's however, his local knowledge, coupled with a clear appreciation of the work undertaken in transforming this dilapidated property set him far and away above all others. Furthermore, his professionalism was evident from his entire team and continued through to the point of sale, something which has not been our experience from other agents in the past. Quite simply, there really are insufficient superlatives to say about the quality of service received from Fine & Country and how much we have appreciated their support. Thank you.
