Absolutely awful service, can't even get their accounts correct. Refuse to deal with cleaning of communal bin stores, won't clean drains even though they repeatedly promise to do so then prentend they don't know about the drains, property floods and guess what? It's the owners fault! Demolish parts of my property and then ole until witnesses appear but then walk away leaving the mess or send in the heavies. Resort to refusing to answer letters or employ ridicule in response. Keep inventing accounts which are inaccurate, lose monies paid and on and on

You do not have to pay the £120 fee for registering a new sub-let. Simply send a notice with the details and enclose a cheque for £40, with a covering letter that the £40 is to cover the cost of a junior clerk retrieving, amending and returning your file a process that should take 6 minutes. By doing this you have complied with the lease, leaving Firstport having to take action to prove it costs £120 to carry out a registration. Service charge at nearly £1200 per year... Plus additional costs if they spend over. Tenant fees with no justification for this charge, we already pay the welsh government a similar charge, First Port have just jumped on the bandwagon. Extremely BAD!

Truly abysmal organisation who provide little if any services to their tenants and yet charge extortionate fees. They are incredibly frustrating to communicate with and take up to 3 weeks to respond to emails left by buyers solicitors which cost us on two sales this year. Not proactive enough,rarely hold public meetings locally for tenants to thrash out their arguments (only 1 in nearly 3 years). You have to pay for a management pack every time you sell your property and it's only valid for 3 ...

They are hopeless. Never include a breakdown of costs with their charges, takes an age to reply to e-mails and IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of by phone. I tried various no's to reach them today but to no avail. Over two hours of my time wasted not to mention my phone bill. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Any suggestion on how to go about changing man. agents?! ...
