Staff are always very helpful, with prompt resolutions to any queries. The rent collection is always their priority, and forwarded to me in decent time.
In the past, some of the flat inspections have been rather cursory, which allowed some tenants to neglect the premises. I much appreciate the new policy of taking photos of the inspections.

Monthly fees are reasonable. Fees for reletting seem a bit expensive.
